We help hospitals make sense of complex surgical workflows

Why we started Lynqo
We started Lynqo to help hospitals better understand what really happens during surgery. Surgical workflows are complex and tightly connected, yet many decisions are still made with fragmented or incomplete insight.
By working closely with hospitals, we saw how everyday surgical activity contains valuable information to improve coordination and reduce inefficiencies across the surgical flow. Lynqo was founded in 2024 by a multidisciplinary team, with a clear focus on building solutions grounded in real clinical practice.
Our team works from the beautiful Dunden co-working office in Antwerp, where being surrounded by leading healthcare and technology innovators provides constant inspiration and reinforces our ambition to build meaningful impact in healthcare.

The team behind Lynqo
We’re a cross-disciplinary team blending clinician-co-design, computer vision, and hospital operations. Together we turn tray verification into seconds-fast, auditable workflows that fit the OR and CSSD from day one.

With a background in bioscience engineering, Frédéric is driven by turning complexity into impact. As CEO, he shapes Lynqo’s vision and partnerships, translating systemic healthcare challenges into focused priorities and a user-centered solution.
